1. What are your candles made from?

Our candles are crafted using eco-friendly, sustainable materials. Each candle is hand-poured with soy or gel wax and includes natural elements like shells and sand from Puerto Rico’s beaches, sourced responsibly by our family.

2. How do I care for my Luz del Mar candle?

To ensure an even burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the jar’s edge. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time to maintain optimal quality and safety.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders within USA. For international orders, shipping is available but not free and may be cost-prohibitive depending on your location. 

4. Can I return or exchange a candle if I'm not satisfied?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@luzdelmar.com for further assistance.
